The SST above is what is going to make the difference of this working with SWTOR or not. I highly recommend if you are running any version of Windows 7 that you run the SST application as well as the taskbar profile editor in administrative mode. Sometimes the Azeron itself may require a reset - with or without ReWASD.I was able to map my "C" keys using the below setup: It was probably something to do with the fact that ReWASD takes over the Azeron in exclusive mode so it can apply new layouts to it on the go (it can, among other things, load a specific config when it detects a specific program - or game - is running.) But this is just me guessing, of course. Glad you got things back up and running, not sure what your issue was exactly but for me things work fine. Hitting shift again returns the stick to forward/back for running. It made my Azeron better, and allowed me to do things like a shifted layer in Cyberpunk that layer replaced stick forward/back with right/left trigger, so I could drive with just the stick. But they're very responsive and helpful if you seek them out. I've had minimal to no issues with the software myself and it makes my life a lot easier on a daily basis. ReWASD has a whole support Discord where they respond super fast. I don't know about the quality of reWASD bc I wasn't able to use it, but I wish more information was given out when it doesn't work. This post is to help those suck in a similar position as I was. HUZZAH! My keyboard is up and running again!

I found "Game Controller Mapper," to be one of the drivers disabled and since that is the main purpose of reWASD I figured the culprit was found. This did not work.Įventually I decided to use safe boot mode on windows to see which drivers were disabled (and thus allowing the keyboard to work on safe boot mode). When all of that failed (including running "uninstall.exe") I decided to delete all files relating to reWASD. I actually tried several attempts (each more strenuous than the last) but literally nothing I did changed anything. Something to do with directX libraries, but they weren't specific about it at all. Tl dr: disable "Game Controller Mapper" under in the windows program (this can be found with just windows search)įirst off, I don't know the issue with reWASD bc it already has experience straight up not loading. What I then realized was that my azeron keyboard (and another macro keyboard) couldn't put in any inputs leaving me with glorified plastic. After a while I decided to scrap it all together bc I didn't really want it in the first place. Due to other reasons I couldn't launch it or even uninstall completely (nothing ran bc it just crashed). Quick recap of my situation: Messing around in azeron settings when I saw "reWASD support." I got curious and downloaded it.
